I believe that all of you happy morning under Truth always 😍

All of you are so good at what you are doing. 

And doing diligently with a sincere mind.


It's enough for you?

Do you satisfy with yourself?


No stress anymore?

No mind whatever you do?


Do you have good habits?

Can you control yourself?


What if you change by 1% today than yesterday and then what will happen to you?


After 1year

          365% the better me


What do you think so?


It's easy

But not easy to act.

Why?

Because human has karma, habits, and body.


That's why acting is not easy.

Habits inherited from your ancestors and installed inside like robots.


How to change?

We must come out from my mind word. 

To do so takes time.

Most people who are successful said, "no right answer to succeed, 

just do every day until the end."


And they have a good daily routine and do it automatically every day.


What is a good daily routine?

Make good habits and make a daily routine.


Do not fall into your feeling

Whatever happens to me just do it.

even so sad 

even stressful

even want to cry

just do it every day.

In my case,

my daily routine is to get up around 6 am and exercise for 1 hour.


When we close the center because of CORONA, 

I start getting up at 5 am. 

I exercise for 1 hour and studied for around 5~6 hours every day.


Nobody comes to me, 

Nobody cares about me.

Nobody blames me for my laziness.


However, I worry about me myself being lazy.

Being lazy is so easy,

but making good habits is not easy.


The first month after the closed center had nothing to do.

I am so free means it's easy to make me sad, make me useless, makes me lazy, and just wastes time.


I don't like being lazy.

I don't like to waste time.

I don't like just living as an animal just eating, going to the toilet, and sleeping.


That's why I make myself get up more early than usual.

Just getting up early makes me happy, and makes me smile.


But, some difficulties come to me in the beginning like being sleepy daytime and can't stand at 9 pm. Most days I take a nap daytime but for me happy. Because I am the winner already. 


Makes me a winning feeling, and that feeling leads me happy, energetic, and healthy.


YOU ARE ALSO THE WINNER ALREADY.

BECAUSE YOU ARE ALIVE NOW.

ESPECIALLY UNDER TRUTH.

IT'S ENOUGH TO BE A WINNER.


After then a good opportunity comes to me to make me a better continuously until now. 

Lucky Chance comes to me to make me better. 

Always lead me to be happy, healthy, active, energetic, and wise.

And lead me to achieve whatever I want in real daily life.


I really want to share my experience with the miracle morning benefits.

9. After each class share "No. 7" at your SNS with some testimony.
